Shipping policy

Getting your plants to you as fast, happy and healthy as possible is our goal.

We offer the following options:

Collect free of charge at our shop in Table Bay Mall. We will inform you when your order is ready for collection. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to rural or remote areas, but to be 100% sure, please check with us beforehand. 

Delivery Times:

Local or near CBD area - 7 days a week (Mon - Friday 9 - 4pm) (Weekends 9 - 1pm)

Areas outside of Cape Town i.e  Somerset West, Stellenbosch, Paarl etc, 2 – 3 working days.

Please place your order before 12:00 on Wednesday to enable us to deliver by Friday.

Rest of the country 4 – 5 working days.

We use a third party courier service so please place your order before 12:00 on a Sunday to enable delivery by Friday.

Orders outside of Cape Town that are received after Tuesday, will only be delivered the following week.

This is to ensure your plant babies are not stuck in a DC over the weekend!

Please ensure that there is always someone available to receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be held accountable for damage to your delivery should the courier not be able to deliver due to no one being able to accept the order.
