Refund policy
If you are visiting this section, something went wrong or you are not completely satisfied with your plant baby or product.
We would like to have a very close relationship with our customers and will deal with each request on a one to one basis.

We have a 7-day refund policy on receipt should a plant, pot or product arrive damaged, no questions asked.
Please send a picture of the item within 7 days of delivery to ola@folhashop.com
We will replace the item free of charge, issue a store voucher or offer store credit on your loyalty listing.
If you change your mind about an item and want to return or exchange it, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges of non-plant items ordered through our online store are also accepted within 7 days of customer receipt, with a valid proof of purchase is provided, and the items are returned in good condition (unused, unscuffed and unwashed). Expendable materials such as potting soils, drainage, plant sprays, fertilisers etc. may be returned in unopened packaging only.
Please note: you will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee for returns & exchanges. This will be the same as our standard shipping fee per province.
