This unique, one-of-a-kind foliage plant originates from the tropics of Asia, The Alocasia macrorrhiza Stingray has large leaves with slightly ruffled, upward pointing, leathery leaves with scalloped edges and a distinctive tail on the end that resemble the wings and tail of the marine animal. The leaves point upward and outward which shows off the ribbed, leathery, emerald green surface. You’ll find that the stem have a beautiful pattern that adds further interest.
This plant prefer bright filtered sunlight but should not be placed in direct sunlight.
